What would be expected from me as a client?

You can expect us to always meet our deadlines and get back to you within 48 hours, so in order to preserve a project’s momentum, we expect the same from you. In extreme cases, if a client does not respond within 21 days (yep, that’s happened), we reserve the right to cancel the project at the client’s expense. Of course, we’re not jerks about it. We understand that you want to take the time you need to make the best decisions for you and your business, and to give the most useful feedback possible. Expected response times are within 48 hours, but just tell us if you need more time (within reason, of course), and we’ll find a way to work it out.
