What happens after the website is launched? Who do I call if something’s wrong?
After the website is launched, we will provide you with simple instructions on how to update basic content such as changing text or updating a photo. Through our maintenance plan, you can contact us at any time with any issues. Our ongoing service is designed to make sure your website is fast, accessible and secure. If the problem is something outside of our expertise, we’ll contact a 3rd party and keep you updated. We’ll inform you of any fees that may incur prior to doing any work.
